Jangle holds to the highest online security standards to make your shopping experience safe and enjoyable. Full e-commerce security applies and payments are made through the well known and established PayFast Gateway. Jangle does not store debit or credit card information on our website. Delivery

Jangle uses several courier services to your doorstep, depending on where you live. We track orders as they whizz their way to you. You will be required to sign for your order when it is delivered. How long it takes to be delivered ranges from 4 – 7 working days depending on the courier service and where you live.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. However, if a product arrives in a damaged state please take a photo of the product and you can return it to us and we will either repair / replace it.

Certain parts of this Policy do not apply to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned products or used products. Items returned must be with their packaging materials.

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery by logging a return on the Website.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will either replace or repair the product as soon as possible. If such repair is not possible and we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement, we will send the replacement to you.

This Policy forms part of the Jangle Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
